The company operates some of the most stunning hotels in the world including the best business hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are now looking for a Chef de Cuisine for the opening of their new restaurant, an Italian/Mediterranean concept with at least 3-5 years work experience A gifted master of his field he should be able to create traditional Italian dishes in a modern way without losing the essence of great home cooked Italian meals. The restaurant will open its doors in the first half of 2010 offering a cuisine that captures the essence of Mediterranean region at its best. Our ideal candidate is a hands-on leader and directs the work of 15 team members. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected, he simply has exceptional qualities creating dishes for an exceptional restaurant. His experience is defined by fine Italian/Mediterranean cuisine with his own signature dishes. Ideally the candidate is in his early 30’s, and a professional of exceptional standing. We expect he candidate to have full knowledge of HACCP, strong leadership, training, communication and organizational skills.
