Our client, a leading 5 star hotel in Vietnam, seeks a creative and accomplished Executive Sous Chef for their award winning hotel.

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will ideally have a solid track record in 5 star hotels, and have experience of fine dining restaurants – your primary responsibility, together with buffets and banqueting. You will be able to create menus, and buffets of the highest standard showing great attention to detail whilst working with, motivating and training local staff.

The position offers an attractive tax free US$ salary, & includes all living expenses, annual flights home, health insurance and so on…..it is available immediately but is only suitable for single status candidates.

Your application should include a detailed CV with a recent photo, briefly outlining your past work experience and achievements.
